My school gave me things to work on over the summer. I have to read for an entire month "The Principal From The Black Lagoon" By Mike Thaler illustrated by Jared Lee.
My first day assignment was to number the pages of the book, look at the pictures without reading and make a prediction as to what the book is about.
Here is my prediction:
I predict that this book will be about the principal. It's about a boy that's sad because he was punished. The principal looked like a dinosaur.
